Our History
Leigh Heath Court Investments Limited is established, beginning its journey in the residential property market.
The company builds its initial portfolio, with further acquisitions throughout the 1980s and 1990s.
Continued growth across Southend-on-Sea, Leigh-on-Sea, Westcliff-on-Sea, Rayleigh and the surrounding areas of Essex, with further expansion into East London.
More than 50 years after its founding, the company remains family-owned and managed, focused on the careful stewardship of its portfolio.
